Ive lived all over the country but the longest here in Spokane Washington. My favorite field of photography is Action and Portrait. I like my subjects to be moving and acting natural, i hate to pose them.
Ive adored being behind the camera ever since i got a hold of my dads point-and-shoot Canon. Through out my small experience ive come to love Nikons after owning one camera from each brand. I now sport a Nikon D60 and i love it. I am aspiring to be a Game Artist but Photography will remain my passion.
I dont take pictures for anyone else but me. If other people choose to use the pictures i take of them, i feel flattered. Currently, i am building a portfolio consisting of portrait, action and nature/scenery.
If you browse through my gallery youll see that im not limited in the type of photography or subject matter. I am happy to shoot any subject as long as i can be creative. I like my photos to be in color and rarely ever shoot in black and white.
My father, Marc Gray, is the main influence in my photography career. He has supported me ever since i picked up a camera and i thank him for that. I love him dearly and plan to make him proud when i take off.
I have a few things i would like to photograph before i die.
Those things are:
- A Moto-GP race, for my father.
- A a series of sports cars.
- A crime scene, real or fake.
- One of my favorite bands.
- Movie stills, preferably science fiction.
- A firey explosion.
Some other photography-related goals i have are:
- Have my photography published on the cover of a book or magazine.
- Win a Pulitzer Prize.
- Have my photos used as cover art for a CD.
- Make history.
So as you can see, im no oridinary photographer. I may share my goals with others but i strive to be nothing short of unique. I know where im going and i plan to do so in style.
I appreciate any comments, critiques and favorites on my photos.
